Propelld Education Loan

Inspired by the works of the famous economist Milton Friedman, we set out to change how Education was financed, in early 2017. This was furthered by the sort of backgrounds we came from - one which valued Education above all else. This inspired us to leave our corner offices at some of the largest global banks to speak to Institutes and students across the length and breadth of the country. As we did so, it hit us on how starkly different the options of education financing are vs what is actually needed by the student. Armed with this knowledge, we started discussions with lenders, put our monies on the line(literally) to build financing products which will work. As we moved from segment to segment with our differentiated products (as we worked across institution categories and different types of courses), education focused underwriting policies, we saw the vindication of our steps by both students and Institute partners. Our inspiration is an India where financing is no bar for the right education to the right student.
